Filtering Correspondence

Within your Companion Inbox, you can use the tabs to filter correspondence:

  • Unassigned - Forwarded emails not yet linked to a case
  • Assigned - Emails assigned or linked to a case
  • Archived - Emails you’ve archived
  • All - A complete view of all emails in Companion you have access to
