Companion Inbox
The Companion Inbox is your central space for receiving, organising, and turning complaint-related emails into structured cases - all in one secure place.
The Companion Inbox is only available to users with Admin access. Users with Member access do not have access to view the inbox.
Accessing the inbox & unique Companion email address:
The inbox can be found on the lefthand side of your Companion platform.
You are able to forward emails (and any attachments) to your unique Companion email address to add them to the inbox.
Your Companion inbox comes with its own unique email address, which will look something like school-name@inbox.educationcompanion.com.
You can find this address:
- In the top-right corner of your inbox
- Under Settings > General
Once a complaint email has been forwarded to the designated inbox, it can be reviewed and assessed.
You can then create a new case, link the email to an existing case or archive it if no further action is required.
