Managing Case Access
By default, users with Admin access can view all cases within the system. However, access to specific cases can be restricted for individual Admins when needed - for example, if a complaint involves the headteacher, their visibility can be removed to ensure they cannot view the ongoing investigation..
To block a user, open the relevant case, click the three dots next to the Resolve Case button, and select Manage Access. From here, you can remove access for any users who should not be able to view the case
Please ensure the user is not assigned as the Case Owner or allocated to any Tasks before attempting to block their access.
