Within Settings, you can add your school's own templates for Acknowledgement & Resolution Communications and the Resolution Report.

Once these templates have been added, simply click Generate in any of these sections and CompanionAI will use your template as the starting point. This helps ensure your communications and reports follow your school's preferred format and wording.

To add a template:

Head to Settings tab
Select Templates
Click into the template you’d like to edit
Copy and paste your school's template into the box or type directly
Click Save in the top right corner
