  • Check your junk, spam, and clutter folders
  • If you still can’t find it, please ask your IT team to whitelist notifications@app.educationcompanion.com

If you receive a message like the below, it typically means your organisation has restricted access to third-party apps (such as Companion), so you’ll need to liaise with your IT team to allow access.
